The Hospitality Ministry is the church’s front door—the first smile, the first hug, and the first point of contact many will have with the IPAN family. We believe that being a welcoming church is living out Christ’s method: without prejudice of color, race, culture, or social class, receiving everyone with the love that comes from the Father.

“Therefore, welcome one another, just as Christ also welcomed you, to the glory of God.” (Romans 15:7)

Our Identity

We understand that it is the Holy Spirit who convicts, draws, and leads people to the house of God. Therefore, our role is to create an environment that reflects the grace of Christ through simple yet loving gestures. We are not just volunteers; we are children and heirs of the Kingdom, called to cooperate in God’s work with joy and dedication.
“So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of God’s household.” (Ephesians 2:19)

Our Mission

  • To warmly welcome every visitor and member, conveying hospitality, attention, and care.

  • To be attentive to questions and needs, providing guidance and connecting people to the church ministries when necessary.

  • To organize and prepare the sanctuary, creating an environment conducive to worship and the preaching of the gospel.

  • To reflect the character of Christ in every act of service, being a channel of God’s love.

“Show hospitality to one another without grumbling.” (1 Peter 4:9)

Our Purpose

The focus of the Hospitality Ministry is to serve out of love. Jesus came into the world to serve, not to be served, and He left us the perfect example. We serve because we have been loved, and that love moves us to always offer our best to others. In this way, we believe that every act of welcome opens the door for hearts to be touched by the Holy Spirit and for people to be integrated into the Body of Christ.
"For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:45)

Our Vision

We desire that everyone who enters the doors of IPAN Houston feels at home, part of God’s family, valued and loved. We want every visitor to leave convinced that there is a place reserved for them at the Father’s table.
“When they arrived in Jerusalem, they were welcomed by the church, the apostles, and the elders, to whom they reported all that God had done through them." (Acts 15:4)

The Hospitality Ministry is not just a group of volunteers; it is a frontline of the Kingdom, responsible for opening arms, smiling sincerely, and reflecting the hospitality of Christ.
