The Worship Ministry
The Worship Ministry is more than music: it is an expression of genuine worship, a lifestyle before God, and a powerful tool to proclaim the Kingdom. We are called to be living instruments, leading the church into the Father’s presence, exalting the name of Jesus, and allowing the Holy Spirit the freedom to move among us.
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
“ (John 4:23)
Purpose
Our purpose is to glorify God with our whole being, using music, singing, and the arts as means to declare His greatness. Worship breaks chains, opens the heavens, heals hearts, and prepares the church to hear the Word and respond to the movement of the Holy Spirit.
“Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth.” (Psalm 96:1)
Mission
To lead the church in worship, guiding each person into a deep encounter with God.
To minister with excellence, holiness, and passion, so that lives are transformed by the presence of Jesus.
To prepare and raise up new ministers, discipling them in the Word, in character, and in service.
To use music as a tool for evangelism, proclaiming salvation in Christ.
“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” (Psalm 150:6)
Vision
To raise a generation of worshipers who live in intimacy with God, are filled with the Holy Spirit, and, through praise, impact the local church, the city, and the nations.
“And when they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the enemies…” (2 Chronicles 20:22)

The Worship Ministry of IPAN Houston exists to prepare the way of the Lord through worship, reflecting at the altar what we live in the secret place. We are instruments in His hands, dependent on His grace, and our greatest joy is to see Jesus enthroned in every service and in every heart.
